Week of September 14th, 2025

There will be a special GCM (General Congregational Meeting) this Sunday, September 14th to announce and introduce an English Youth Pastor candidate. The meeting will take place beginning at 12:30pm in the Sanctuary.

The organization that our supported missionary, Sam Lau, Prestige Learning Institute, has been selected by Chick-fil-A as one of five regional winners in the Southwest Region for the 2026 Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Awards! PLI has been awarded $30,000, but with your help, that amount could increase to $200,000! If you would like to help them earn funds that can be used for their ministry, and if you have the Chick-fil-A app on your phone. Open the app and go to the “For You” tab then select the "Help choose a grant winner" tile. Select the southwest region on the next page, then scroll down to PLI and vote! The deadline to vote is Sept 30th.

Stock-Up Time for Operation Christmas Child - Now is the time to prepare for "2025 Shoebox Ministry" ! We also need mid-sized empty shoeboxes and a few helpers to wrap! Empty shoeboxes can be dropped off outside the sanctuary underneath the stairway. If you would like to serve in this ministry, please contact Cynthia Lim/Lannie Mok or email A friendly reminder that in addition to candies and toothpaste, soap is also not allowed inside the shoeboxes. Shoebox Send-off will be November 23.

The 2025 FLOWER CALENDAR is available for signup. It is posted on the Church Ministry and Church News bulletin board on the hallway. If you wish to sign up, please use the flower envelopes placed on the wall next to the flower calendar, and designate your date(s) to commemorate someone or something.

Children’s Church (1st - 5th grades) 9:15am - 11:00am, Room 313

Note: The Children will participate with the Congregation in the Sanctuary from 9:15am to 9:35am. Between 10:45am and 11:00am, the children will be provided with snacks and have supervised free time. They can be picked up by their parents during this time, or they can remain in the room until their teachers escort them to their Sunday school classrooms at 11:00am.

Parents: Please be sure to pick up your children promptly at 12:15 PM.

If you need to park in the parking lot right next to our church on 8th St and block other people's cars on Sundays, please remember to give your car key to the parking lot usher or people in charge in Room 101, and provide your name and contact number as well. In addition, please pick up your car key in the parking lot after the Sunday services as soon as possible. If you come late, please find your key in a black box on the wall of Room 101.
